CANCELLATIONS

To protect the livelihood of our stylists, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Guests who no show or do not contact the salon 24 hours prior will be charged for 100% of their booked service.

We respectfully ask that you arrive on time for your appointment in order to receive the best quality service. Late arrival may be subject to a 50% fee if time does not allow for the service to be provided. Additionally, to reserve your time in the salon, a credit card must be on file.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. While we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we appreciate being notified as soon as possible if you are running behind.
